Many the miles and I'll be happy to.

Having a performance this weekend and work to attend. I can not afford to be sick right now.

Growing up, my aunt used to force me to play outside when I was sick with a cold or something, she would constantly tell me to "sweat it out, sweat it out.."

And sure enough, by day two I was free from any cold or fever.
'til this day whenever I am sick, I try sweating it out.

Today resting was doing by body no good and the medicine 's were just making me drowsy.
I finally conjured up the nerve and put some sweats and a tank on and went for my usual three-mile run.

To my surprise, I shedded four minutes off my running time and now am down to 26 minutes.
Running to me, is my all time stress reliever besides meditation, I prefer running.

So with that, my goal is to run three-miles in 15 minutes.
Impossible much? Perhaps.
Too much? well, I do have a crazy schedule.

But I can make time, there's no excuse.
I am ready to make the "almost impossible" to simply-- possible:)

Pursuit of Happiness

I woke up this morning, laid in bed, stared at the ceiling and took in my blessings.

Not many people understand what kind of person I am, with that I am totally cool with
I had a few say, they wished they knew what my thought process consisted of and its better off that they don't. You don't get me now, so once you get an insight you'll never get me then.

If you need a reference, look at Kanye or Alexander McQueen, I live among those minds that many people are quick to judge on and call names but once on a brink of absence or death, you appreciate them for all their worth.

After reading Kanye's latest blog; "Creativity", I know that I am NOT alone on how I think, on how I perceive the world, on how badly my talents haunt be and push me to the next level.
I'm not famous, well known, acknowleged, y e t. But when I am, I guess everyone will see what I mean.

Until then, I push forward [the only direction] in hopes to connect to something deeper, less sane, less typical, something I can call my own.

AHEM.

I am in the middle of getting my website up & running.
Call it an upgrade, if you will.
So pardon the dust on my blog, for I simply I'm in the middle of a juggling act.

Once I get my website up, things can settle back into place and I will have more time and energy to pick up where I left off.

Once again, pardon my absence.

I'm not deceased just yet;)

I still am rooting on for Vogue Revolution.

&Threat tres:

I recently recieved an e-mail from a follower who had asked me the following:

What are some major key factors that I should look forward to on any date?

From my personal experience:

::Great conversation is a must

+ Your date should bring something to the table, as in goals and what he or she seeks for along the way, 21 questions is elementary! don't be afraid to ask questions such as the future, the present but Ladies & Gentlemen avoid asking about the past.

-You nor the date should ever make the whole entire night about yourself, allow yourself to open up a little, if the date consist of only the "ME, ME, ME" mentality then know there will never be an "US".

::Seek the good in him/her

-Men or women that right off the bat count the flaws of their date, miss out on everything else. GURANTEED.

+Seek the good, as in; interest, hobbies, & etc.

::Manners

-Dates that express a "don't care" attitude at the table, can show a lot.

+Dates that make is imperiative to show themselves well, says enough.

My key factors may not match up to yours, but basically; a date is for you to surface before you build. Not every date leads into a relationship, yet, it can give you a sweet or bitter taste of what you may or may not want in someone.

Be openminded, and get comfortable with what you're not used to.

Friends:

video

I am constantly humbled by the people I am surrounded by. I reside within a city that its best that you find yourself humbled than angered.

My last show is this Friday the 14th, this whole experience has been a humbling one, I was able to bring all that frusterated me, upsetted me and ruined to the floor and murder it.

I am planning to leave for New York soon and I think that trip is much needed, a break from this city is essential.

After I return from NY, I will be leaving to Jamaica with Family and then after my arrival, I don't know from there, the rest will happen on its own.

I am always forever learning something new and I am blessed with an open mind.

So for the rest of the week, lets seek a positive in any negative.

YESSSS:) ABDC!@#$%

I decided to keep up with ABDC this season and input my opinion in each groups performance once a week.

Beat Your Feet Kings:
Performance was sloppy, I have to agree on that , but their engery & passionate was evident.
Loved the Go Go music too! and their foot work is s i c k!

We are Heroes:
I am a fanactic for pop-locking female groups, I always think women bring it.
Their piece was hype, had me wanting more after they were done.
& the "Ciara lean" was on point.

Afro-Boriquen:
They most def' stuck to their roots. They made me tear up, because you can sense great energy and pride in what they were doing..I'm hispanic [Puerto Rican] so I am rooting for them and hope they step up to the plate and do the damn thing!

As Afro-Boriquen & We are Heroes are passed to the second round, I am nervous for Beat your feet kings as they proceed to the Sudden death Challenge, but I think they need this challenge at this point.

Massive Monkeys:
Master mix: Dr. Kill joy by N*E*R*D
Personally I didn't think they were as sharp on certain moves, but over all their performance blew me away. They def' need to stay to the second round, I have a soft spot for B-Boys and I always see them bringing it to the table and this crew def' proves me right.

Artistry in Motion:.
Killed it, once again Female Dance groups, kill it every single time.
Their transitions were precise, and their over performance was killer.
& like Shane said, it was flawless. And whoever said she couldn't dance, due to her weight, should be kicking themselves in the ass, haha!

Southern movement:
Shocked, at first it was a bitter taste in my mouth, but through-out the performance, it was a sweet taste. All of the judges don't understand the first half, which was country but I see where they are coming from. The fact that they are able to transition from country to hip-hop so smooth takes a lot of skill and thought, so I am feeling this group.

As Massive monkeys and Artisry in Motion move on to the second round, Southern movement face the sudden death challenge along with Beat your feet kings.

Rhythm city:
loved, loved, l o v e d their performance! Flawless from top to bottom, Bronx brought it & killed it in every aspect. Enough said.

Fr3sh:
"We don't want to be a rate version of anyone else. We want to be a first rate version of ourselves.."
Great performance, they weren't as sharp and precise as I'd hope them to be, but their performance was f r e s h;)

Vogue Revolution:
First off, they might raise a lot of eyebrows because of their sexuality, but I love them with all my heart, I appreciate gays, I know they'll always bring something to the table..
And as usual, they murdered the
floor!@#$ FIERCE BITCHES:)
As lil mama said, they're always dared because living a day in their shoes, they're not expected to win ABDC.

Beat your feet kings, Fr3sh and Southern Movement face off in the sudden death challenge. Then when vote came around Beat your feet kings & Southern Movement advance to the second round. I wasn't too sure on how I felt Fr3sh being the group that would have to leave, but in a way I don't they were ready as well.

So what group(s) will I be rooting for all the way? Toughie..
Vogue Revolution, We are Heroes, Afro-Boriquen & Rhythm city

Who are you rooting for?
